The process was so easy. Tim Rimideo gave us a presentation virtually. He went through every step of the process. He then dropped off samples to our driveway. As we narrowed down our choices, he dropped off larger samples which really helped us make a decision. We signed the contract virtually. He and his crew showed up on time and prepared on the planned date. Work was completed swiftly and efficiently. Clean up was meticulous. we are so please with the work performed and our new roof!

Tim is exceptional! If he gives you a time frame for an appointment, he comes early. (I like that!!) He sends all the info up front, outlining and detailing everything (another plus!) He didn't rush me through making my selection for the type and color roof tile. (plus'es across the board). He said he and the crew would be on the property @ 6:30 am... and they were right on time. They took little time getting the job started. Tim took me on a 'between tour', showing and explaining everything that was already done and being done. Extremely satisfied with the end results!! Note: Another contractor showed up a little before Tim arrived w/contract in hand. I had to tell him that Tim's offer was far better w/ a $1200 difference, and much more detail about the job to be done. Would I hire Palazzo Restorations again? Absolutely!! Without hesitation. (Plotting on another job for him to do, too!) One more thing..... They do a fantastic job of cleaning up when they're done. Tim does a second 'backup clean-up' after his crew is gone. Amazingly thorough. And, there's a final 'clean-up' just to make sure nothing is left behind. Love these people!!!! (I'll try to do a "before" and "after" post) Stay tuned!! Definite 5 star!!

Tim was professional. He took the time to come out before and help us pick our shingles. They were in and out in 1 day with excellent quality and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them if you need a new roof.

Palazzo did a great job. The job was reasonably priced, timely and clean up was great! Tim is very responsive and communicates well. Top notch customer service. Our roof looks beautiful! We would definitely use Palazzo again.

Everything was great. Tim was very prompt in coming over to inspect the roof and present the estimate. He had the crew out a few days later and they did a fantastic job. As they were removing the metal, it was discovered that the decking had rotted away in several places. They did not skip a beat, replaced the decking, and finished the job. Everything was hauled away and cleaned up just like it was before they started. I would highly recommend Tim and Palazzo Restoration. I am even going to have them come back out and replace the roof on our barn!

Fantastic!!!!! The are the epitome of punctual and professional. The owner is very friendly and helpful. 2 days in and out and cleaned up. This was about a 3800sq ft roof they did. This included tear off, sheathing replacement and rerouting resealing the vents they did it all. To say I would hire them again is an understatement. We were so pleased we asked what other services they performed as to see what else we could use them for. I would absolutely recommend them to any and everyone I know. Hands down we had an amazing experience. They went above AMD beyond any and all of our expectations.

I am exceptionally pleased with Tim's service. My roof was a few years past due and I was hesitant on selecting a roofer because I just don't know much about roofing and knowing that google is as likely to provide good information as bad; I was concerned about the materials and process. I got a few different quotes and all were roughly in the same range; but what I found interesting about Palazzo was they had the ability to do everything electronically if I wanted. Tim ordered a satellite view of the property and used that to calculate materials to develop the quote. From there, he was quick to adjust as he taught me about differing materials and methods to help me narrow down the project to what I needed and wanted. Upon agreement, he produced digitally signed documents very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised the install would occur less than a week later. Tim was out before that date to place the permit as well as to confirm everything with a final review. On the install day, his crew started promptly and Tim was on-site with them. They worked quickly. What I found striking was that Tim spent the majority of the time expediting everything for his crew and when he would be idle from that, he was doing cleanup as the job progressed. When the roof was done and everything was cleaned up; Tim was continuing to magnetically sweep the property for stray nails. It was spotless when he left. He returned one day, and then one week later, to re-sweep the property for nails as he said sometimes they get pushed into the ground and in a week they work themselves out. He was courteous and efficient throughout the process. I am exceptionally happy I selected Palazzo for this project.

The whole experience could not of went smoother I could tell right away Tim was not out to get every penny I had He explained the process well. His crew showed up on time and finished in one day. Tim replaced some metal at no cost to me just so it would look better. I have been in construction for 35 yrs and rarely recommend anyone but this is the exception I would use Tim again in a heartbeat. If you need a roof this is your guy. Thanks Tim for a excellent job from start to finish!

From start to finish Tim was a complete professional and did an awesome job. He was quick to return our initial call and he came out to our house the next day. He took measurements, explained the different levels and types of shingles, showed us samples and gave us a quote. We narrowed our shingle color choice down to a couple different ones but we still couldn't decide. To help us make a decision, Tim came back the next day with the actual shingles and lay them out on our roof in a couple of different sections so we could see what each color would look like on the roof. Once we saw that, it was an easy decision and a few days later Tim and his crew started and completed the job in one day. The crew did a great job and Tim was there most of the day making sure everything was going smoothly. They went above and beyond by painting the exhaust pipes on the roof to match the shingles, they replaced a missing piece of wood that was under the old shingles and cleaned up so well, I couldn't even tell they had been there. Tim even came back the next day to make sure they had gotten all the nails and trash. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Palazzo Restoration to anyone we know.

I had shingles from all parts of my roof blow off during spring storms. Tim came over and accessed the damage and agreed that I needed an entire new roof. He helped me get supporting photos to turn into my insurance and even spoke with my insurance adjuster a few times to get the job taken care of. Tim came and put a tarp on my leaky roof when I called him in a panic that I had water dripping into my house. He seriously went the extra mile. The roofers came and took off my old roof and completely replaced it in one day. There was no mess or anything left behind. I would definitely recommend Palazzo Restoration.

While others were denied a roof in our neighborhood, Tim was able to show just cause for our insurance to pay for a new roof. He then quickly scheduled a date that worked for us, pulled the team together, and completed all work in one day. They were clean and professional, even talking to neighbors to let them know what he was doing in case they had any issues.

Tim from Palazzo Restoration sat down and walked us through the process from start to finish.  Everything he said he was going to do he did.  One of the easiest to work with companies I have ever worked with.  The roof looks amazing and we haven't had any issues.  And if we did have any issues I know Tim would take care them. A++ if could give them a grade.

The owner, Tim, was a hands on participant at every level of connection to us, the client, and was in attendance to observe the job site and assist the contractors in assuring a high quality of workmanship and communication with us of progress and expectations.  Surprises were met with high integrity on Tim's part and we as clients were completely satisfied with the service we received from TIm and Pallazzo Restoration.  We highly recommend his services to anyone.

It's always a pleasant surprise to find a trustworthy company! Tim, who owns this company, really did a fabulous job earning our trust with the work he and his company performed on our house. His company put a new roof on our house when we were buying it from the previous owners. It looks amazing! He went above and beyond making sure we had peace of mind from the new roof when we were worried after some storms came through as they were putting the roof on our house. I can honestly say we wouldn't have bought the house if it wasn't for Tim and his company testing the roof to make sure it was perfect and leak-proof before the sale went through. He really made us feel comfortable buying our new house. There was some additional internal work that needed taking care of and he saw that it was seen to immediately and on his dime. We have not had a problem with our new roof and it's been a very rainy and stormy summer! He provides an excellent 5 year warranty on the work. I appreciated his professionalism and the care his workers took with our roof. I also appreciated his honesty and desire to make everything right for his customers. There aren't many companies (or people for that matter) who have such good integrity these days. I'd recommend him for any roof repairs and roof constructing projects.
