The windows, which are beautiful and preserve the look of the house, were installed ahead of schedule and done with precision and care by Kevin and his assistant. Matt frequently checked in to make sure everything was going ok, and made sure that we were satisfied. We changed our minds about wanting some interior molding that was in the contract, and Matt quickly took out that cost. Later, we decided to add some additional work around the door frame, which Kevin was able to do quickly. We still ended up paying less than the original estimate. "HPC sent carpenters to do the trim replacement a couple of weeks prior to the painting.  They did both homes on the same day.
About 2 weeks later they started the painting and were able to do the primer coat in one day.  Weather prevented them for completing the job the next few days, but they did come back several times to finish up.  The final walk around was very productive and touch ups were done.  I would say overall they were very accommodating, and did what they could considering the wet weather.  I do think the paint job looks very good and the quality of the paint is very high.   Time will tell how the quality lasts and what their response will be 10 years from now if we need touch ups.
