I've been waiting five days for Cramsy Creations LLC to finish the barn door installation, but they've failed to show up or communicate effectively despite multiple promises. I've paid for the service and am extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism and lack of follow-through. I'm reaching out to Angie to report the issue and seek resolution. They also left their trash on trash from the door kit on my front porch for me to discard. Very unprofessional and poor business. Go elsewhere unless you don?t mind lies and promises.

We can't begin a project until we've agreed on terms and have signed a contract. We have recently upgraded our software. We still have your information. "With all due respect, we can only finish projects that we are contracted to complete. Your review implies that we're in breach of a contract but we're still working on the estimate. We apologize for the delay, ma'am. Due to the scope of the work you've requested and some unforeseen challenges, we've gotten a little behind. We removed some carpet during our initial visit because you asked for an estimate to restore the hardwood subfloor beneath it. We've never breached a contract."

We hired Rob as a trusted friend. He talked my mom into several projects and we were happy to have him helping us. Rob then stopped communicating. He didn’t return to finish projects he had started, fix those that we had paid for and were “guaranteed”, or even just clean up his mess. He offered no explanation and to this day we have not heard from him.
