"When we built a new back stairway to our patio, it was such a pleasure working with Tri County Pros from start to finish. During the estimate process, co-owner Felice Tuttle was responsive, warm, and listened carefully to our needs. Co-owner Cassie set off the construction period with clear communication of what to expect, and checked in often to address questions. And the building crew -- Caleb, Nova, and Andrew -- were efficient, careful, ended each day with a cleanup of the site, and were just a delight to have around. "I had them come out and give an estimate for extending our backyard deck. They came out in a timely way for the estimate and when we finallly decided to go with them they completed the construction in 2 days. It has made our backyard so much ore usable and the work is very professional and excellent quality."

"The approach to the road they poured for us is beautiful, but it wasn’t quite angled properly for the existing driveway. That is the reason for docking half a star. Now our drive looks like it has a kink in it. Other than that we are happy with it. Haven’t been able to drive on it yet since we are still in the 21-day waiting period."
