The project as delay a little but once the work was started it was professionally done.

Excellent work. Shane provided a bid in a timely manner, which was very competitive. During the work, Shane identified and corrected several deficiencies or damage found as a result of improper installation from original construction. His crew has good attention to detail, both in the finished work and site clean up. Possibly one of the best contractors in the area.

Excellent work. Bid and project scoping phase experience were excellent. Price was very competitive, relative to other contractors. I am still amazed that a 20' x 20' wood deck can be demoed, excavated and base material set, pavers and walls installed essentially ready to use in less than 5 days! Shane and crew are focused on the job and have good attention to detail. Being new to pavers, Shane provided excellent advice on our original design, to add a perimeter wall and off patio location for our grill. Both have enhanced the space.

From initial contact to completion of the project Shane and his team maintained a high degree of professionalism.
Great communication to define and complete an accurate bid for the project. Shane advised of the tentative timeline for start and completion of the project; he was very close to the start date which given the weather was impressive, he completed the project in the exact number of days he forecast at the point he submitted the project bid.
Shane's estimate was similar to others received for this project. His history of successful completion of similar projects and professional manner were the deciding factors in selection of his company. I do not often take the time to provide feedback or complete surveys but when you work with someone who is knowledgeable in their business with good communication and shows up in a reliable, timely manner to complete a project with quality that meets your expectations it is worth the effort!
Before this I had never met Shane nor did I know anyone on his team but given the results of this project he will be the first call I make in the future for similar projects. I would recommend him to family and friends.

They worked with us on everything. Discussed all of the details, and managed to save us some money in a couple areas. They did one bath and then the other. There was an ordering snafu, which required us waiting for a little while on the glass shower doors, but overall we are extremely happy. We would use their services again, and I recommend them.
Our bathrooms look very nice and we are very satisfied with them.

We are happy with the work but have tried calling and emailing the contractor (20 + times) and have never received any returned call.  We have a concern after the past very harsh winter and are very disappointed that Shane has not returned our calls or emails.

The deck looks great.   Had problems with the garage light but we got it fixed.  Thank you Shane

He did an excellent job. He did it in a timely basis and for a reasonable amount of money. Other providers either did not want to do the work or they wanted to charge a lot more. so he was a great choice. It was so great to have someone who really knew what they were doing.

.The project was started on time and moved along well.  They did a good job of cleaning up the work site every night when they were finished.  Shane was very responsive to questions and e-mails and was very easy to work with. The team was well organized and professional.  I know they worked 12-14 hours a day in the hot sun to complete the project on time. The pavers are laid out beautifully and the walkway is such an improvement. Everyone enjoys spending time on the deck, it is so expansive.   The deck and patio have added so much to our house, we just love it.

Absolutely beautiful work!  Shayne and his crew were punctual and completed the pergola in one day.  My backyard and deck was immaculate when they left.  I have received many compliments and my husband was blown away!  It was a special surprise for him. 

They were very responsive. Even though they were busy, they worked me in on my schedule. I was very pleased with the results I got two estimates for the work. Diamond Hardscapes was $775. The other estimate was $1,944. I called to let the 2nd guy know that I had selected someone else to do the job. Got his voice mail, so was unable to ask why his estimate was so high. (I didn't want him to build me a new deck, just clean and waterproof my existing deck.?)  

Very well done, fully met our expectations.

Contractor took great pains to protect the lawn from excessive damage during the construction of the hardscape project. Work was completed on time and we're very pleased. We have plans for another project and we will definitely use Diamond Hardscapes.

I had a deck on my house that was probably over 20 years old. It looked terrible and was sagging in the middle. I knew something had to be done, but I was worried. I don't know anything about decks or deck repair, and I know getting a new deck can be very expensive. I finally called in Shane to take a look and was really excited when he told me that the foundation for the deck was in good shape and could be used. SInce I know nothing about home repair, he could have told me it was all unusable and had to be redone from scratch, and I would have believed him. But he was honest about it, so I felt like I could trust him.
Shane responded to my emails timely, always showed up on time, called in the event that he was held up and couldn't make it, and was generally pleasant and friendly. He and Vince worked all day to finish my deck, not even stopping for lunch. I was really impressed with their work ethic and their desire to get the job done, and do it properly.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First of all, the men at Diamond Hardscape always showed up on time to every planning meeting and were very professional. Their design for the deck was creative. They started when they said they would and communicated the status and expected completion dates regularly. The entire project came together beautifully. I've never been so pleased with a contractor. 

Shane and Vince were very professional and easy to deal with. Both very friendly and hard working. After the job was done, they walked around with me to make sure I was happy. The quality of the work was wonderful!  Will definitely call them for future projects.

Not first time used.  Took the time to solve problems with roof others couldn't.  Came back several times to check that all went well with new sealing on installment.  All went very well.  He's on special dial.
