I can do drywall and similar repairs. I also provide interior painting. I do any finishing touches to any interior wall. I make sure my customer is satisfied with my work. I always give a 1 year warranty a complete sheet of drywall or more. It is a self owned business. I have been doing drywall for 8 years and painting for 4 years.

"Job included minor drywall repair in kitchen soffit and to a lace ceiling, and painting of repairs (and two extra rooms and trim), and our entryway wall and trim as well as the stairway walls and trim (to the top of the stairs). The drywall repairs were seamlessly done, and the painting of the repairs and spraying of lace ceiling very good. We know that lace ceiling repairs are hard to match, but these are nearly flawless match. The painting of the other rooms (dining and parlor), were completed with the same professionalism, quality, and care for my property as the repairs in the kitchen. Common causes of ceiling cracks along drywall seams include poor drywall installation techniques, structural issues, truss uplift, and foundation problems. Temperature and humidity also play major roles in ceiling cracks flush with the wall. As the drywall shrinks and expands from major temperature changes or extreme humidity shifts, this can cause the drywall to crack.

Damp plaster does dry out, although the drying time depends on several factors, including the type of plaster, the surrounding temperature, moisture content, and the extent of the dampness. Sometimes, it can take weeks or months for wall plaster to dry naturally.

Look for flaking paint or air bubbles that burst and then flake away. Paint will begin to flake after being exposed to minimal moisture or water, so it’s a good indicator of any water damage. If you notice your paint starting to flake, feel the plaster underneath to see if it is soft or damp.

If your premixed drywall mud is dried out or has begun to set in the bucket, you may be able to revive it by adding warm water and stirring. However, the first and most important step is to scrape off any hard, dried bits of drywall that may have accumulated toward the top of the container and throw them away because they will not easily reconstitute back into the drywall mud mix.

You can apply plaster over plaster, but before you do, check the stability of the existing plaster. If it’s been there for a while, it may require a base coat of PVA emulsion. This will make the existing plaster less porous and ensure the new and old plaster adhere properly.
