"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

Despite my several attempts in contacting them to complete the unfinished job). After my frustration with them died down, I attempted to resolve the matter and made several calls(unanswered). I then received a bill for what was claimed as service rendered but the service was not complete. I never received a followed up despite my attempts to reach out to address the matter. The Indiana staff didn't care to assist or nor bother understand my issue. You "had" a Long Term Customer but poor management blew the opportunity"

"I thought I had squirrels in the wall,but when Ax came out he checked around the entire house and didn’t see any signs of squirrels coming in anywhere, however he did go in attic and stated it could be nice so he dropped poison packs and said I should stop hearing the sounds within a few days. He stated he will be back in a couple of weeks. They replied to my email and even though Josh said he couldn’t make it, he will see if he could get someone out, within a hour, Ax called me and came out and took care of the problem."
