"Initially it started off very well. We wanted a large pond put in that was not an eye sore and would serve our livestock. I wish there was a little more guidance and recommendations as we don't know the ins and outs of pond building. Initial test holes were dug which confirmed the project was possible and would hold water. There was no communication with the well installation team to ensure appropriate water flow into the pond. Once that was figured out the pond only holds about 1/3 of water with a well running 24/7. Reached back out to Alec see if we could troubleshoot the issue and get it fixed. Informed Alec that we were more than happy to pay more but just wanted a finished product. We planned a date and now haven't heard from him in over 1 month. Multiple texts and phone calls with no response. The communication is the most frustrating part about this whole project. Would not use this contractor again even though the big expensive hole in the ground we have is "pretty"."

As with timing, the cost to remove tile flooring varies depending on a number of factors, including size and type, adhesive type, condition of the tile and adhesive, and the method used to remove it. If you’re doing it yourself, you can expect the job to cost only the price of any tools, materials, or equipment that you don’t already have. Removing fence posts that are set in concrete is something you can't do by hand. You will need an excavator, a strong post-puller, or a jackhammer. If you plan on recycling the concrete base, you may be able to cut the post out with a jackhammer and then set the new post in the existing base. However, it's usually better to remove both the fence post and concrete together. Due to the weight of concrete, you will need a hydraulic removal tool.

An easy way to cut concrete pavers without a saw is to use a hammer and chisel. You can make a few passes over your paver with a hammer and chisel to make a fissure where you want the paver to break. Once the divot is about 1/8 inch thick, drive the chisel hard into the center of the line to complete the cut without using a saw.

Permits are required when carrying out any structural work, so in most cases, you will need a building permit to cut through a concrete block wall to install a door. If you have specific questions about your project or need to obtain a permit, contact your municipal building department or ask your contractor for advice.

Probably the most cost-efficient way to remove a tree stump is to use Epsom salts, which help accelerate the rotting process making it easier to remove by hand once nature has taken its course. Burning a tree stump doesn’t tend to cost much either, but is a riskier DIY method.
