"Dan Dugan came to our home to do an inspection, evaluation and price quote for a central air conditioner and new heating system. He delivered an itemized quote that afternoon. We set a date for the installation. Dan and his staff arrived on time, clean and professional, every single day they worked. We received constant updates and were continually consulted during all phases of service. Each afternoon they left our home clean and neat. They disposed of all old equipment and any unnecessary mess. Everyone we dealt with was professional, honest, helpful, and considerate of our privacy. "The basement had been waterproofed and the walls needed cleaned. I called several people and not one was interested in a basement project. First the mold was taken care of, then the power washing cleaned the walls. So grateful for Derek and the work he did. I would recommend him for any project I had. The choices I had did not allow me to say it was a basement project, so I had to pick something that had the word "concrete" in it."
