First he treated the mold due to the dampness in the basement. Then he came back and did a power wash, flushing the water to the sump pump that had been installed just days before when I had the basement waterproofed. The before and after was amazing. If I have any projects that require power washing DEREK will be the ONLY person I contact as he was thorough, professional, and made a total difference in my basement.
