"hey cleaned the gutters, did a fine job. I bought this as a AngieList offer --$200 gutter clean, but in the end they really did not want to do, small job, had other better jobs, so I had to listen as to why this was not such a good deal for them.  But they did it and did a great job.

Despite these preventive measures, some spider species are highly adaptable and may still infiltrate your home despite your best efforts to maintain a tidy living space.

A small amount of diluted bleach is okay to pour down a garbage disposal. As part of your weekly garbage disposal maintenance, use 1 teaspoon of bleach with your concoction of ice cubes and lemon peels. Turn on the disposal and run the water until the blades chop up the ice cubes.

Any more bleach in your disposal can harden oils and greases in your drain, which can cause problems. Always wear gloves when working with bleach, and know that you really don’t need bleach at all—vinegar, baking soda, salt, and ice should do the trick.

While your solo bathroom may not get as much traffic, it’s still important to clean it regularly. Weekly cleans should suffice for all the high-use areas (i.e., toilet, sink, shower, floor, etc.), with monthly cleans in all the hard-to-reach places like the cupboards and grout. Using a scrub brush or slightly abrasive sponge, clean the top of the stopper, and run the faucet to ensure the drain is clear and the stopper is clean.
