However, three employees all left at the same time two maybe three different times to get parts. I failed to understand the reasoning for this when they gave me an itemized quotation with the parts needed to complete the job front. Now in 2020 I need another repair (they're just 1 of 2 companies who carry the brand fence they installed) and again, after 3 phone calls and 2 online form requests, I can't get them to respond. They advertise repairs but clearly don't live up to their promise. Don't use them. They'll sell you a fence then disappear."
