"Hoosier Woodworker has done several jobs for me in the past. From creating custom cabinets, making new doors and matching the stain for my existing cabinets to baseboard and door casing. I hired them to rip out an existing door along with the jamb and casing and replacing them with new stained wood and door. They did a wonderful job and We couldn't be happier with the results. The main difference is size: a butler's pantry is much larger than a typical walk-in pantry. They are both primarily used for storage, however. Traditional butlers’ pantries also had private food prep and cleanup areas—complete with a sink, microwave, refrigerator, wine fridge, and countertop prep space. It is a good rule to always pack dishes vertically rather than flat. The short answer in the debate between gloss vs. stain for cabinets is it depends on the look you want to achieve. Paint with a satin finish is more low maintenance and can work for a wide variety of kitchen or bathroom styles. A gloss finish is much shinier and shows more flaws, so it should be applied by a professional painter instead of a DIY project.
