The owner is a licensed contractor but focuses on hardwood/laminate floors primarily. To help save on time and expense here are our basic fees (As of 07/06/22): Sand and 2 coats of oil based poly $5.75 square foot. Stain $0.25 square foot extra Wood installation labor $3.25 square foot We only provide unfinished wood (Pre-finished products would have to be purchased by client0 and that price varies on many factors.
