Horrible customer service. Lied about promotion, didn't keep to their word. Consistently disconnects calls & don't call back, etc. You name it, they've done it. Terrible terrible customer service.

technician came out and confirmed that cable was cut to the house and then quickly got it reconnected to restore internet and phone service to the house. Set up future date to bury cable and they came when promised and everything went well

Service man was very prompt and nice. The problem was that I was paying for Download speeds of 50mps and similar for Upload speeds. Was only getting Download speed of 6mps and the same for Upload. He decided we need a new cable so he hooked it up. Then said it will six weeks before it gets buried. Speed didn't change. So he said we needed a new modem/router and he got one from the truck and hooked it up. Speed didn't change. So he called in to his service support person and was told that we had been paying for the 50mps for 2 years but they never enabled it. I asked if I would be getting reimbursed for their mistake but was told I need to call customer service to see what I could do. The service support person did say that they would turn on the higher speed right then and we would instantly get it. Did that and speed didn't change. Finally the service person said that the company has no idea why they can't get the speeds they promise, but that he would tell his boss about it. He left. So all I got was the information that I am paying for a service that Comcast knows they can't provide and I can't get my money back. I guess I'll try to call customer support and try to lower my cost, but the call goes to the Philippines and the service guy said they are having real trouble with those folks. COMCAST IS A NIGHMARE!!!!! The always over promise and under-deliver. Check out their commercials??.they know they have a real problem but they are telling folks "that we got everything fixed now so please come back". They don't.

Installer was on time and very professional. He even replaced some of the 'cheap' cable ends within our house so that the cable internet service would have good quality. Only took about an hour to run cable from our house and to connect the cables, internet modems and router in our house. Tested router and cable connection to ensure that it was working properly and within specifications. No problems since then.
The 2nd 'crew' came out about 1 1/2 weeks later to bury the cable that ran from my house to the connecting point in the street. They did the arrangements for ms dig to mark the utilities. The 'trench' was very small and now I can't tell they even dug into my yard, which was one of my concerns. They did it while I was at work and didn't need to contact me at all. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score is that I did have the cable sitting on top of my yard for a week and a half. I wish they could have buried it during the inital visit, but not a major gripe.
My previous internet service was DSL with Frontier and I'm dropping them altogether because of overcharges and billing issues. CYA!
Just FYI, I live in the subdivision near the corner of U Ave and Oakland in Schoolcraft.

They had been pretty good. They are not cheap but you can get high speed. They raised my rate and they lowered it down, lower than what it was before after I called them. Because they did found a better package deal for me. I never had any problems with them. They had always became friendly. You get what you paid for. I would use their service again in the future.
