"We love our deck extension! They were able to add on to our existing deck and took on a huge project to extend it 50ft across! Carmel had a bunch of extra requirements but eventually we got the permit with extra additions and Maynor himself did a great job handling the changes and keeping us in the loop! Not only do we love the deck, but the work is high quality and they are all very hardworking individuals! We would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them!"

"I hired Lutz Property Solutions for Lawn Maintenance in 2022. Not only are they reliable and professional, they have went out of their way to assist me in other projects on my property such as extensive brush removal, leaf removal, gravel delivery and compacting the gravel as a base for a new mini barn. They have provided snow removal and even going above and beyond installing some Christmas lights on my roof because I can't get on my roof anymore. For one, the gritty texture of the sand helps lock the pavers together. Polymeric sand also contains bonding agents that get activated by water. Polymeric sand will take between 24 and 48 hours to fully cure, so do not walk on your paver walkway before this time.

Wet cutting is usually the preferred method. It controls dust, which helps protect your lungs and makes for a cleaner working environment.
