"The work he did was fine. He knows how to use a hammer. He was good at accommodating changes that we made and I’ll take blame for maybe extending the job an extra day but my issue was that it took an extra two weeks. He showed up every day but he would get here around 9-10am and then leave around 3pm, that’s a problem. I would hire him again if I was closer to his area but I know what to expect now so I won’t"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
