Contracted for a specific system, but on day of installation,, substituted another system because they did not check plumbing of house to know ahead of time what systems could be installed. Subcontractor was not available to finish install on appointment date, had to schedule a second install date to finish the whole installation process, so am waiting for the whole process to be completed. Am unsure at this point if I made the right decision on the service provider. Time will tell I guess. They were also the most expensive of the three service providers in my area, and unwilling to match or negotiate the installation prices of the other two service providers. Salesman, installation techs were clean and professional.

Estimates and work completion were both professionals and efficient. Follow up for maintenance service however has not happened. I thought I scheduled for this, but I've not received any follow up contact.

Had another type which my builder had installed 16 years ago, anti stopped functioning. Had a Rabb softener in a previous house, so wanted one again. Installation was speedy and efficient. Works great, of course. Couldn't be happier!
