"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."

They provide maintenance for my lawn, the combination of products they use is just perfect for my lawn, my grass is green, healthy and free of weeds. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. George was willing to work with the ideas that I had for building the fire pit and patio.  He was very responsive during the project when I would stop him and ask questions, or suggest a different way to do the layout and design.  The patio and fire pit turned out nicely.  On the lawn work - seeding, mulching, leveling - I felt that George was trying to get done and get to another job, and maybe didn't spend as much time and care as I would have liked.  If you hire him for a job, be aware that he is pretty much a one man show, and is sometimes slow to respond to emails and calls, and can get behind schedule quickly when the weather is bad.
