This is the worst experience. I paid over $ 800 to have my sofa and house cleaned carpets were fine but the sofa was not cleaned. I am ending up have to wash the cushion covers Becouse the fabric is washable, They came out a second time and Rob the tech tried to say my sofa had new stains, but was the same stains that he didn’t clean. What a waste. I will never use them again I asked for my money back for the sofa and was told no. Do not use!!!! If it doesn’t get clean then oh well!

"We apologize that you were not happy with our services. We came out on two separate occasions, first to do the initial cleaning and second to re-clean but you decided to wash the seat cushion covers in the washing machine. As per our conversation, we are unable to guarantee that all stains can be removed due to the nature of the stain, the length of time stain has been there and if any products have been used."

Caleb arrived on time, looked around, made suggestions, and got to work. The carpet is fairly new and cleaned beautifully. An upholstered chair/ottoman looked clean and fresh. The tile and grout were amazing. Clean grout is a thing of beauty.

I scheduled a 2 room cleaning for $100 from a deal I found on Angie's List. When the technician arrived he said it would be $110 due to a disposal fee which is not listed on the coupon. I contacted Chem Dry by Kevin Jones after the technician left to find out why I was being charged an additional $10. No one mentioned this fee when I called to schedule the appointment and they blamed Angie's List for misprinting their deal. The deal said "Over service fee may apply." I spoke with the owner and he said "If we are going to argue over $10 you can take your business somewhere else" Be weary of the fine print that does not exist. I wouldn't have this company come to my house again if they gave me the service for free!!! I will say the technician was nice and completed the job in a timely manner.

My friend's mother had lived in her house for over 30 years. The house has the original carpet and was quite soiled. I didn't think it was possible to get it looking like new, but Rob performed the impossible. The carpet looks like it did the day it was installed. He was fast and efficient. He got out all the stains. I highly recommend this company.

I was told when I made the appointment that furniture would be moved and that stains would be gone. Because it was the basement that was cleaned, I did not go down there until evening in order to allow it to dry. I was shocked to discover that no furniture had been moved....I understand not moving couches but the coffee table, end tables etc were not moved and although the carpet looked better, it did not appear than any effort had been made toward taking out stains. When I called, they offered to return 2 weeks later but it just didn't seem worth it.

The technician arrived on time an we were called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was very nice, but I was not happy with the cleaning as I had to ask for him to clean the corners on the area rugs which he obliged on the ones I pointed out. This was not done at all on 3 of them and you can actually see the difference. Also, a water stain was forming on the hardwood floor in the bedroom where a puddle had been left. Fortunately I caught it before it was permanent. I used to use this company every year until we moved and had been using another company until I decided to try Chem-Dry again. I will most likely go back to the other company.

I got a deal for $60 to clean one room which I used to clean my bedroom carpet. When I came the guy said that he didn't bring the portable cleaning tool. But with the extensions to the hose he was still able to clean my carpet. It might be good to let them know if you're in an apartment so that they can bring the portable one. When he gave me the invoice before starting the job he listed $60 for the cleaning, $10 for a sanitizer and $20 for a carpet protector. He explained that the sanitizer kills mold and spores in the carpet so I opted to get that one. It was a bit disappointing that the deal didn't include that and I wasn't sure it was really needed. I wish I had known about those options before I can so I could have looked into them to make a better decision but he wasn't pushy at all about it so that was good. My bedroom was really small and they don't move the bed when they do the cleaning. In hindsight it might have been better if I had moved the bed away from the wall so they could clean right by the wall. But all in all I was satisfied with the work they did.

It went great. The technician showed up on time and discussed my concerns with me before starting the process. He had a black light with him that highlighted the areas that needed special treatment because of the cat. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He seemed to really care about my allergies and other concerns and took the time to explain what could be done. The cost might sound high but there were 3 different treatments that were completed and I could tell an immediate difference in the freshness of the house. I was pleased with the technician, the services and the price.

Rob worked hard to get out most of the stains and was mostly successful. Some old double stick carpet tape was a real problem, but he got them out. Good job!

I was told they would call 30 minutes before they showed up at the house. Not a big deal, but they didn't do this. The cleaning was ok, but the carpets were soaking wet. I was told it would take a few hours to dry. They started at around 1:30pm, finished about 3:00pm. At 11:00pm that night, all carpets were still very wet, even after blowing a fan on them most of the evening and even the next morning, After the carpet cleaning was done, there was quite a bit of solution on our hardwood floors. The person that was doing the work started mopping it with water. You don't put water on hardwood floors; it ruins them. Once I saw that, I immediately told them to stop, wipe it up and I would clean them with the Bona floor cleaner, You would think since I, the homeowner, was there, they would ask in advance about how to wipe up the floor. Also, the person that did the cleaning wore sneakers, and I could see tread marks on the floors downstairs and upstairs in the bathroom. I don't understand why special protective "footies" wouldn't be worn while cleaning. I also noticed several scuff marks on the walls near the front door where all of the hoses were brought in and the front door had chemicals on them which I wiped down. My wood table in the living room also had hand marks on them (not sure if this was chemical based or just sweat) but again I would expect this to be cleaned up at the end of the job. I don't think that enough care was taken to ensure my hardwood floors and other property were cared for the way they should have been. I will not use this company again.

I was extremely pleased by the carpet cleaning. Made the carpets look practically new. Our technician was Kent Spillman. He did a terrific job explaining everything and was very honest about the condition of the carpets and what we needed and didn't need. He was thorough and did some extra work on the worst room. Very respectful and professional. Would definitely use this service again!
