He did a great job! He pointed out that the light fixture seemed a bit crooked but after pivoting it a bit it looks better. He put a new porch light out back and I'll have to see what he can do when he comes back. I've had 3 lights out there and they work briefly then stop.

Sam came out two different times. Each time the work was done efficiently. Sam is very good at communicating with the homeowner making sure that he is doing exactly what you want. He also informs you of any hazards that might turn up in the job he's working on and discusses how you, the homeowner, wants to deal with it. I find Sam very easy to work with. He also picks up only the materials needed for the job. His rates are very reasonable. I will be hiring Sam again in the future.

Very well. The siding was wonderful! Our appointment was for 3:00, and at 3:00, he rang my doorbell.

From the time I called him to the job being completed with less than a week. He showed up when he said he would complete it when he said he would. Would work with again.

I called and left a message for Sam's Handyman Service.  The call was returned within 24 hours to let me know he had gotten the message.  We touched base later in the week to schedule  an estimate.  He was right on time to take a look at the job.  When he left, he had provided me with a verbal estimate, a list of parts that were needed for the job, and had schedule the day and time to do the work.

Sam arrived right on time, as with the estimate, and began working on the job.  The house is old and the dishwasher was a Bosch model that Sam had never installed.  There were several issues with the original plumbing and the odd design of the dishwasher.  Most dishwasher have 4 legs on the corners, the Bosch had only one in the middle of the back.  Right were my waterline came up through the floor. 

As for the replacement sink job, the new sink was larger than the original one.  He stuck with it until he figured out what he needed to do to enlarge the original opening.

He stuck to the jobs, with just an occasional comment about that being "just bad luck".  I certainly agreed with that statement!  I am very satisfied with the end product.  It took him a lot longer than the hour and half that he had estimated.  He did charge a bit more, but it was VERY FAIR.
