We are a 12 yr old company we are small but very gifted professionals we stand by all our work with guarantees on our work depending on the job how many years we guarantee we do a half down and remainder of balance when the job or jobs are completed and are done to satisfactory specifications of the home owner yes we will do subcontracting at times all proposals are free and estimated according to all building codes we are liscened and bonded in lake county Indiana and porter county Indiana
