"First, we agonized over leaving this review but feel obliged. We hired Adam Cullinare/Shamrock to: 1. Repaint kitchen cabinets. Was assured "glass like" finish. Not only are they not glass-like smooth, but are already peeling. Have to be redone. 2. Remove decorative wall @3 feet. He removed wall easily but unable to smooth out adjoining wall/ceiling or replace baseboard and flooring. The wall looked mangled; baseboard not replaced; and the floorboards he applied are nailed and glued together with wood caulk. Mind you, these are interlocking laminate floorboards that don't require glue/nails. Several nails protrude from floor. We and pet stepped on several times - it's like stepping on nails/puncture feet. 3. Paint job was inferior. Light coats, maybe to save on paint? Sloppy and slow job. We had to repaint all areas. 4. Quoted job as 2.5 week to finish. After 4 we let him go. Must have work redone. Not happy. Poor craftsmanship. Overstates abilities. Positive? He's nice guy."

"All 6 smoke alarms in our house went off during the middle of the night, despite no indications of either smoke or fire. I was in contact with Bill Hicks first thing in the morning and he was at our house within 2 hours. He checked them all out and recommended replacing them because of their age. He disconnected all of the old ones, found suitable replacements and got the job done in a quick and professional manner. BTW, we have very high ceilings, which made this job challenging. We recommend Bill highly and will definitely consider him for future projects."

Ray Kluth listened to everything we wanted done on our initial walkthrough and then sent us a quote, broke down by room detailing everything that was to be done. We had received two other quotes and none of them provided this much detail. Ray was not the lowest bid, however Ray's expertise and crew size won them the job. The job took 5 days. The crew was fantastic with covering our hardwood floors and furniture. The dry wall repairs on the ceilings that were done are invisible! The painting job on the walls and cathedral ceilings is perfect! Even the wood trim repair in a skylight well looks beautiful. The crew was professional and definitely took pride in their work. They replaced all our furniture and cleaned up our floors and woodwork. At the end of the job, we did a walkthrough with Ray and pointed out a couple of spots which were immediately fixed. Precision Painting was definitely not the lowest bid we received, but we feel like we received a top notch professional job for the price. Fantastic Job!"
