"Customer Service is unheard of with Altums. They boast beautiful flowers with top notch quality. You pay for that in spades, but when the flowers are diseased Altums' doesn't stand by their product or their high prices. You can't even get anyone to email you back or call you back. We live in Michigan and purchased over $350 in annuals including white and pink impatiens flats for our son and his wife for Mother's Day. The white were beautiful and the pink were diseased and by the middle of August all the pink were just bare naked stems with little to no flowers left. They were mixed in with the white so they all had the same amount of fertilizer, water, etc. I sent pictures to Altums twice by email....only requesting compensation for the pink impatiens....NO RESPONSE. My daughter-in-law, who they were purchased for as a Mother's Day gift, called twice and was promised a call back by a manager....NO RESPONSE. If you are going to charge your customers premium prices for what you consider premium flowers than stand by your advertising and reputation with some decent customer service and just respond!! I will not use Altums again for Mother's Day or any other landscape project. My son and daughter-in-law were extremely disappointed and I was embarrassed that I chose this place as their provider for a rather expensive Mother's Day gift!!"
