We are a self-owned business, I have worked with my family company for 5 years now learning from the family business who has 50 plus years in flooring and have decided to branch out on my own. We called back to have two room's carpets removed and replaced with hardwood, completed also to our satisfaction. We contacted them a third time for a small job and a repair of some carpet they installed. We never received a return call. I guess he didn't think that was worth his time regardless of the money he previously made off us."
