My experience was great, and I would hire them again. At the time of the incident, they were booked pretty far out, but I'm glad I went with them. The guys who did it were all prompt and professional, and they took pride in their work. You could tell they work efficiently without sacrificing quality. It's been about 6 months and there have been no issues since. I'm pleased.

Our experience was excellent. Owners Chris and Tony have the experience to anticipate and eliminate any problems. They have exceeded our expectations. They are true professionals. Their service was excellent from our first contact with Tony and Autumn - to the installation by Chris, Billy, and Dave. They have a great work ethic, and they do things the right way - from start to finish.

I worked with multiple staff members. All were very responsive, highly professional and very polite. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. They were able to install quickly and the end result is stunning. I plan to use them for future projects.

They were very good. I'm very happy and I love the floor but we have to call them back on several things that I thought they should have notice when they're here for that kind of job but that's understandable. They were good when we called them back and they took care of things. The store got the materials in punctually but the installer was not exactly on time.

The entire process , from estimate, selecting flooring to final install was great! They are a family owned business, here in Franklin, where we live. I always try to use local companies whenever doing any kind of work for the house. They did a great job staying in contact with us. There was a piece of flooring that was defective and they took care of it very quickly. I would highly recommend them for any type of flooring job. Will use them in the future for new carpet in the upstairs.Very happy to find them on Angie's List.

They were very punctual and very professional. The communication was very good and they explained different things to me that should have been done when the carpet was originally installed.

We've used them three times and we were very happy with them. We got a good quality carpet. They were excellent. They took very good care of us and they care about their work. If we had any questions at all, they'll come and check it out. They are just a local family friendly company that's great to work with. We've referred our daughter to them and she is going to get carpet installed as well from them. It's a fair price for what we get and we get what we pay for so think it's a fair value for the money. We've used them three different times, they installed tile in our bathroom entry way and then they did bedroom carpet as well our hallway and living room carpet.

We had Mohawk prefinished hardwood flooring installed in our dinning
room. Once the flooring was selected the owner (Tony Burton ) came the
very next day and measured and provided a cost estimate. The flooring
was ordered and after some delay arrived and was installed (Chris Burton
and team) over two days. The whole experience from sales,
measuring/estimate, and installation was excellent. The final price was
less than the original estimate due to minor changes in installation
and layout. Overall great experience. It will be interesting to see
how the Mohawk flooring performs over time compared to unfinished
hardwood flooring and laminant flooring. We did notice a few minor
flaws with the flooring which were due solely to the manufacturing
process and are typical of this type of flooring.

Ronald called on the day of service as I had requested, and was actually able to come by earlier than I had scheduled, which was a benefit for me. When Ronald showed up, he was very polite and explained the complete process. He then measured each area to be cleaned and even subtracted for furniture that I chose to leave in the rooms. He was able to give me a very accurate price, based on the square foot that he had calculated. I ended up adding the dining room after he showed up, and he was more than happy to do it.
Ronald was very thorough in how he cleaned each room and used extra time and cleaner on a few stains that we had.
The only thing that was less than perfect was that the carpets were more damp than I thought they would be when he was finished.
I have always used my own home carpet cleaner and have not experienced carpets that damp. But on the other hand, I never got the carpets as clean as he did either. All in all, he did a great job, was very polite and answered all of our questions.
My carpets are 14 years old and still looked good when he was done. I will, however, have Burton's quote me some new hardwood flooring and carpet sometime next year. I would definately recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

The sales staff was professional, helpful, and courteous. They went out of their way to get us a box of samples to lay out on the floor to see if the product was what we really wanted to install.

We chose Burton's because one of the installers was an owner and we like doing business with family-owned businesses versus the big box stores. The installers were knowledgable and did a professional job. The product that was hand scrapped so we did have to make sure the installers used the best pieces and to keep the waste to a minimum.

They did run into an unforeseen problem with our subfloor not being level in one area so we had to have that corrected by another contractor first, which delayed the job by one day. The installers came back the next day and the job was completed in two days as promised. They actually came back the second day on a Saturday to finish the job so our floor would be ready for Thanksgiving the following week.

We will definitely use them again if we have any other flooring needs. Thanks for a beautiful floor.

Except for the dust from the floor tile removal, which is to be expected no matter who does it, the experience was pretty much pain-free. The backsplash went up in 3 days, and looks great. The installer took 6 days to do the flooring project, and worked through the weekend. The floor is amazing. We did have an issue with one tile edge being a little too high in the main traffic area, but they came out the next day and replaced the tile and grout. They are VERY friendly and responsive to whatever questions or concerns you may have, and offer great service.

They check the quality of their work. They are very professional. I've had other people do work for me, but I was impressed by the fact that they cleaned up after themselves.

They really worked with me to meet the price that I got somewhere else. They came out and measured to verify the measurements that I brought them. They were really good at helping me out to get what I wanted.

Loved these guys. Informative, quick and professional. This is the second time using them. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Fantastic job. This is the 2nd time I've use this company. Tony is a consummate professional. He's knowledgeable, patient, honest and dependable. I can trust the information he gives and know his estimate will be right on. Chris, who does the installation, is a perfectionist. Our sub floor needed to be level in a few spots before laying the new flooring and he made sure this was to his liking. He's polite, hard working, and professional at all times. The quality of his work is excellent. I highly recommend this company.
