"Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process a breeze. They were able to install a high quality vapor barrier, foam board insulation around the border of my crawlspace, as well as a sump pump (his recommendation) in a matter of 2 days and did a wonderful job. "The roof replacement was fine, but he didn't seal/paint the soffit. This caused a delay in the completion of the repairs I need to complete for an appraiser to sign off on the sale of the house, which caused a delay in the close date. Punctuality and professionalism.

"They basically did the inspection, but didn't repair anything at that time until we had time to talk to the insurance adjuster. They did a good job. They worked with the insurance company. They honored the price that the insurance company quoted in the estimate. The roof itself is pretty good."
