EverDry gave me a small rebate, which covered the cost of repair, but I thought they should have paid for a new carpet to be installed, given the major damage they did. They were extremely expensive and I strongly recommended that others be extremely cautious about hiring them, making sure you understand exactly what they will do to your house to complete the job. "

"Salesman here 6 hrs. Quoted over $30lk got down to $25,500. Of course it was a good for today sign now price I had more estimates lined up but after 6 hrs and him acting like he was my husbands new bf and beer buddy he signed. Scheduled walkthrough- that was cancelled. Started work and had ?issues? that walk through would have found. Blew circuit breaker in workshop of basement, we now need an electrician bc even w replacing the circuit breaker w a new breaker it still turns off. Quotedi time length/ what they would be able to do by salesman- all wrong. Workers say it will be twice as long and what sales man said they could go around they can not. Workers are extremely polite and nice. Will update review when they are finished w work. Today 7/30 will be day 3. "

No verbal or written mention was ever made about identifying the location of water pipes. I assumed (mistakenly) that they were professional enough to either ask me to have this done or be able to do it themselves. Their response to my complaint was to send me a copy of my contract reminding me that they are not responsible for "cosmetic" damage and that complaints must be settled through arbitration. "
