It went well. He spent a lot of time answering my questions.

Replaced leaking valves. Didn't think they were going to show up, but they did so extra points for that. Most contractors only want new construction.

It well fairly well. It took a while to get the quote to do the work but once the details were ironed out the service men were out exactly when they said they would be. They told me it would take two days but they completed in one day. Had some minor things that I completed myself but other than that...it went well.

The appointment was scheduled way in advance. However, they were 2 hours late due to another clients service issue. I had traveled 40 miles specifically for this appointment. I did not receive a call until I was already on my way.
Work was done well and professionally. I did like the gentleman who came out. He was unaware that he was 2 hours late.

Very well. Service tech was with in 15 min. of appointment time, spent a little over an hour cleaning (including vacuuming) and adjusting and testing furnace.

He was very punctual, very reasonable, and very professional. I was very happy with the service. I would use him again for plumbing.

Well, I have used this company 10 t0 15 times in the past 10 years very honest and excellent work quality.

They had problems with the job previous, but did call to say would be a little later. Came and spent a little over an hour going over and servicing furnace. This is my regular provider and they are honest and fair!

Apex completed the job in just under half a day. Very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work performed. The work performed looks very nice (nice as plumbing in a basement looks), and they took care of all my request. We discussed many options on how to do the project, and Apex outdone my expectations with ideas and price cutting suggestions.

Overall we were very please with the service and the price and would call them again. We found him on Angies List and are happy it has worked out for us. We wanted a plumber from our town and I think we have found one.

I have used them just once for heating and air conditioning but I have also used them for a couple of plumbing issues. They are very friendly people and they work hard. They are fairly priced too. They are right on time to do the job and everything is very good.

Overall, the work was done satisfactorily.

They were excellent, their prices were fair and they gave good service. They were very conscientious, do quality work and were very honest. I would use them again in the future. I spent around $150 for the work they did.
