Passion was the base of starting CDH in 2010. Unhappy with what was offered in the market, CDH was started in order to provide the best coatings in the world, coupled with career technicians,to the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. CDH Resurfacing promises the best service and the best product to enhance the home, increase the value, and give the home owner a "wow" reaction after the project is complete. CDH Resurfacing has been the recipient of several local and state outstanding service awards as well. We look forward to building lasting relationships and guarantee your satisfaction! "This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

ICC is a small general contracting company servicing east central Indiana. We are a full service contractor who self performs most all work. We currently staff between 3 and 6 employees. This, however depends on the time of year and the market. Between my business partner and I we have over two decades of commercial and residential construction experience.

Our philosophy, "There is no job too small". We are a small business that has been around since the mid 90's. This small business has done everything from small remodeling work to entire new building construction. The overall knowledge of construction has almost 60 years of experience handed down from father to son, while always keeping the customers desires and budget in mind. Our staff is made up of a handful of loyal workers who strive for customer service. Sub-contracting is done for services that we don't offer and the customer will always know who and what is being contracted out.

I have 30 years exp. My crew consists anywhere from 3 to 8 talented hard working guys, depending on the job at hand. We specialize in complete home repair and restoration as well as siding, concrete, painting etc. I also am fully insured as well as my crew. I except cash or check with half due for materials up front and the remainder to be paid at the end unless it is a complete restoration at that time we will discuss how it will be broken down during and threw out the project. At Moore For Less we will not be under bid and we do just that More For Less!!!!!

Closets questions, answered by experts

Custom closet renovations offer a return on investment of 50% to 60%. This means that if you spend $2,000 on a closet remodel, you can expect to see your home's value increase by $1,000 to $1,200. Investing in a custom closet allows you to enhance your daily living experience while building equity.

Common materials include wood, laminate, and wire. Choose based on durability, style, and budget.

Custom closets cost around $2,100 on average, but you could pay anywhere from $500 up to $6,000 or more for your custom design. The scope of your design services will be the most significant factor, with standalone designs being the most affordable and design and construction services costing toward the higher end of the price range. Most closet design services include a closet and construction plan.

  • Custom reach-in closet: $500–$1,500

  • Custom walk-in closet: $750–$5,000

  • High-end walk-in closet: $2,000–$5,000+

If you have a bathroom closet with movable shelves, you can place them at virtually any spacing that works for you. Useful measurements between shelves in the working, or middle, section can be 10 to 16 inches for towels or linens. Lower or higher shelving could be up to 24 inches between shelves to store lesser-used or bulky items or boxes.

When you are securing your DIY home office built-ins to the wall, you should start by locating the wall studs. You'll then want to use long screws to attach the cabinets, shelves, and bookcases directly to the wall studs. Your built-ins will be far too heavy to attach to the drywall alone by using anchors.
