The previous company I had out, Bedell plumbing, had repaired a copper pipe incorrectly and used a shortcut to make a quick fix. Instead of sautering it, he installed a cufflink, like a bandage. I didn't realize this at the time. Chris showed up 8:30-9 pm, on his own time, to my house and told me that the other company had messed up and it was eating him up. He came in and brought his own material, reaplced the copper pipe, sautered the pipe, giving me a permanent fix. He is extremely honest. He didn't even ask for money for the project. He said that it was the right thing to do. I was really moved by his kindness and how he looked out for my mother. I was also looking for a way to remove the copper piping corrosion, and he gifted me a box of Sand Cloth, which took care of it. He used only premium products. I can really trust this company.
