Because there was siding missing from our home on the initial visit, Ryan (our technician) suggested that we complete the siding repairs before moving forward with the bird removal. He was concerned that the birds would move from the vents they were nesting in to the area where the siding was missing. He did not charge us for that visit. After the siding repairs were completed, Ryan came back out to remove and exclude the birds on one of the coldest days of this winter. He was polite and professional."
