I referred to Angie's List for the first time tonight due to multiple poor experiences with locksmiths in the past. I credit Angie's List and the customer reviews for completely making my night and the whole experience so convenient and the easiest by far! I called this number and was blown away that the owner was able to come out right away. He arrived in less than 10 minutes, promptly unlocked my bedroom door, and charged me much less than I expected. Just when I thought I was in trouble because he only accepts checks or cash, he reassured me it was no big deal if I paid him in cash tomorrow when I can stop by an ATM. I'm blown away. An experience in the past of waiting for hours and being charged overinflated fees to take advantage of customers in desperate situations became a total breeze. Highly, highly recommend!

The whole experience was great other than my keys getting locked in the car. That was my fault though. He was very nice and friendly. He didn't waste any time. If I make the mistake of locking my keys in my car again I will call them again.

I was very satisfied. They came within 24 hours of me calling and had all the supplies with them. They re-keyed everything on site and were very thorough and friendly. It was all positive.

We called to have our locks changed on a house we just purchased. Duke was professional and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use him again in the future.

Duke was very professional and responsive. I called him at 5:00 pm and he was here by 6:00 to gather information on all the parts needed and fit me in the very next day for all my lock changes. What a nice person as well. I give my strongest recommendation for him.

Duke came out early in the morning to help unlock my truck. He was able to come right away and get my truck unlocked without any damage to the doors. Duke was so efficiant that i was able to make it to work on time. He even provided me a referral for a company that could make a spare key for me.

Duke was very helpful and even offered advice on minor door repairs (the house needs work). When we realized a lock hadn't been changed on the garage, Duke came back next day to repair at no charge.

My lock was froze and couldn't open my front door, he came and repaired this on emergency basis. He was here for 2 hours trying to make these repairs and found that the lock is not sitting correctly in the door and that I really need to have a carpenter come and have the door planed off. This gentlemen did an excellent job and very knowledgeable about what he does.

I thought I needed a dead bolt on my front door because it blew open in the middle of the night. When he came out he verified I didn't need a new lock, but that one of the hinges was broken. It was cheaper to have the hinges replaced, so it saved me money. He also made sure the striker would latch better.

Duke was very professional and kind! My car had been broken into the night before and my house keys were stolen. Duke quickly got me back in and waited for me till he was sure I was safely inside.

After a residential burglary (and stolen keys), we needed new locks ASAP. Duke Drummond of AA Safe and Lock was able to accommodate us in his already packed day and was considerate about keeping us informed of his arrival time. His approach was very systematic and he completed installation of all house and garage door key mechanisms, made new key sets, and adjusted all to his satisfaction until all were working smoothly. He was also able to assure us from a professional perspective about the security of our doors and locks--all good advice. Very reasonable price (based on other locksmith experiences). Went great quick qnd complete work with no issues after work was completed

It was a pretty good experience, but my only complaint was he left the wrong key. But he came out the next day and gave me the correct key. But when I first called him he responded quickly and was able to come out right then and fix my locks.

Great, he had to special order a locking mechanism for one of the doors, so the job took 2 trips, but he came back to finish the work in 2 weeks.
