One company called one minute before scheduled and wanted to re-schedule. Chris from USA was on time. We were pleased with his offer and accepted. He scheduled the installation for the next day. William and his helper arrived, set everything up, and went to work. I checked regularly and photographed the attic. When they were through, they thoroughly cleaned the area. We were quite pleased. "Matt was quick to come give me an estimate and never made me feel pressured. His quote was much more reasonable than the other three quotes I received. I did receive a little bit cheaper quote on windows from one of the other companies but the salesman was very pushy and I didn't feel comfortable working with him. There was a slight miscommunication between Matt & the door manufacture regarding the finish on the door but Matt handled it and got the correct door re-ordered even though it caused a delay in the original timeline. Matt's crew was very friendly and efficient. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they cleaned up very well after themselves. They did a great job installing the windows and doors and I'm looking forward to the money I will save since these are much more energy efficient than my previous doors.
