"The scheduler/salesman is a contractor with Empire. The first part of our project (installing laminate on staircase) went promptly & well. The remainder ( laminate flooring on loft, hallway & master suite) was a disaster. This required several days of boxing and moving furniture in preparation. No communication when date was changed, two different answers from Empire regarding time of new appointment and a 14hour window - 8:00 am to 6:00pm! - for the install. Whole upstairs and our Wi-Fi disrupted for far longer than needed if only communication had been adequate. I would of recommend Empire due to the unreliability of their scheduling and communication."
