This company was very personable and easy to work with. Very responsive. Kept me updated through every step of the process regarding insurance approval and inspections. Work was done very timely. Clean up was great. Very impressed with the work performed and the customer service.

Allen's roofing did a great job start to finish. They worked with my insurance, were very patient with us during shingle selection and scheduling, then the crew that came out was courteous and very professional. They were also quick and clean! I would never use another roofing company and I'll tell every that will listen how great my experience was.

It is with extreme pleasure, I post my review for Allen's Roofing and Remodeling Co LLC. 04/30/2024 When it comes to our home and we pay to have major repairs completed, it is very important to me that all matter of process goes smoothly, and the company is educated and professional. I had two other estimates before meeting with Shayne Allen, and within minutes of meeting him, I was impressed with his professional appearance and knowledge of his craft! It was the icing on the cake for us as well, since he is a veteran.. we are a military family, so I knew the integrity and code of ethics he carried within. From start to finish, this was a dream.. his estimate clearly stated, the daily correspondence and carry through was stellar.. I recommend this company and would give a 10 star rating.. our insurance adjustor also stated his form of complete communication really was integral in completing the insurance process quickly and easily. Thank you Shayne Allen and your team of experts for giving our home a gorgeous roof, gutters and downspouts.
