"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.

"Measured and order materials needed ahead of job. Arrived on time to do work. Attention to detail was exceptional. Work was completed in one day and turned out better than was before. Appreciated that extra care was taken to not make a mess out of entire house. Have referred them out to family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors. The highest compliment you can give a contractor !"

" Brain was a joy and easy to work with and never minded our questions or whatever changes we sprung on him. No matter what it was or how small the detail, he would always check in with us just to be certain we were OK with it. We really appreciated too his feedback, good advice and great ideas. He had three weeks to do about 6 weeks worth of work. He organized it efficiently and effectively between himself and a few other considerate and equally diligent workers. Their jobs were numerous and varied from plumbing, electrical, to cabinet making. He knew and worked with other sub-contractors who were reasonable and skilled. Out of respect for Brian, others made an effort to help him and us get the job done! Brian is extremely competent, knowledgeable and multi-talented. We recommend him highly, knowing whoever hires him, for whatever the job, won't be disappointed."
