"I put in a phone call; they came at set time; they fixed the concern. These are important steps when you call to take care of rental properties."

"We used a big box company to install our HVAC stuff and they ruined the unit and never told us. For years we paid hundreds in the summer and winter to get it fixed, it would only break again. I finally called Bailey at Ref white and cool and he came out found the “real” problem. He educated us on everything and answered all our questions. He gave us several Options, but in the end we bought a new system which he installed. It’s been a few years and we haven’t had any problems. It was a wonderful experience with him and his wife! We will ONLY use them from now on!"

"The representatives showed up at the agreed time and went right to work on our dryer vent piping. As their work progressed, we were kept up to date on the issues (clogs) with pictures of their findings being provided. They completed the work within 1- 1/2 hours and then left. We were very pleased with their work and their pricing was very reasonable. Pristine Air Solutions will be back in the spring to complete the cleaning of all of our duct work.i highly recommend Pristine Air Solutions."

"They came, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Very friendly and professional. Would recomend them to anyone."

"When I talked to the company representative he understood the HVAC business and potential technical issues. He was willing to do the service the way I preferred and the price was about average but reasonable. Hopefully the service technician will be knowledgeable and component."

"Mr Jason was very professional and prompt. He went over and beyond to make sure my husband and I understood everything that needed to be done. He expressed to us how dangerous it was to stay in the house while fixing our ceiling. We would definitely hire him again."
