"Pete Jarvis, who did our estimate, and the team who cleaned up mold for us were all fantastic. Very polite, honest, and took time to answer all my questions. There was a bit of phone tag after we got our estimate before we could get our appointment set up for the actual mold remediation, but once we got over that minor issue it was smooth sailing. "Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."
