"Overall it was a very good experience. When I first contacted Champ by phone, I knew exactly what I wanted/needed in order to have precision light control. We have exotic parrots and those parrots sit directly in front of one of the patio doors. When I told Champ what I wanted (light filtering, all fabric, same fabric on both sides so they look the same no matter which way they are turned and 180 degree turn radius) he said he would bring samples. He was on time, very professionally dressed, very courteous and then explained that what I wanted he did not have at the time we originally talked. However, he then went to a seminar (met with manufacturers that he does business with and explained my wants & needs). When he arrived at my house, he had multiple examples of exactly what I had requested which made the whole selection process a breeze. I feel he went above and beyond in order to fill my request. All others that I had talked to before Champ, claimed it ''couldn't be done.''"

"A kitchen remodel is a major over-haul project.  Gutting the original tile floor prior to replace it with new tile is a long process.  Brewer did their best to maintain a schedule that got us through this inconvenience as effortlessly as possible.  They were very concientious about taping off the areas not being reomodeled to eliminate as much construction dirt as possible.  They were careful not to damage other parts of the kitchen.  The installation went well and the installer did an excellent job and made our new floor look fantastic.  The same person installed the backsplash and it turned out great too.  I have used Brewer previously for a carpet installation, so that is why I called them back for this job.  Once again, I was very pleased with the end results and I would call them back whenever we have additional flooring needs."
