"The men were vry nice and easy to have around. Some of the areas of concern were not treated. There were two men involved, and the man who estimated the job included all that I needed. The other nice man who did the work said it was not possible to raise the lowest part because it was already level, even though 1/2 lower than the adjacent slab. That part had been raised a few years ago and had settled again. So we didn't agree on the work to do. Later the boss disagreed with me for asking for a lower price than the original job. Also, be sure to specify that all areas of outside concrete need to drain to the adjacent yard."

They have impressive printed material, the salesman spent lots of time with us explaining the problem, the solutions he offered, the costs, and all with no high pressure. The salesman and all of the workers could not have been more pleasant to deal with. They were polite, answered all of our questions, and never said a foul word in all the time they were here. We could not believe the extent that they went to to keep our house clean. They set up, did the job inside and outside, tore down and cleaned up in five hours. They offer a lifetime warranty on the job; the other company that we almost chose only offered ten years.
