I hired ProTech Water to install a water softner. It was going to be a challenge due to space and where all the plumbing was. He did an amazing job. Way better than we expected and less complicated, really knew what he was doing. A couple days later, we left the house for about an hour and came home and there was water everywhere in the laundry room, and water was spraying out of the filter. I shut the water off and found the problem. The fitting on the filter was too tight, simple error. I'm a plumber at work and I've done it before, it happens. I called and no one was answering, the service number was a fax number. I found a personal facebook page of a worker and he called me and came out within an hour or so. He apologized and even took money off our bill. I was upset that all this happened but the fact that they fixed the problem quickly and politely made me get over it really quick. I would definitely go through them again!
