"A few weeks ago I had to make a trip to my crawl space, which has been neglected for 41 years – damp, occasional mold and wet clay…and with flashlight in hand I repaired a problem and when I had crawled out, I told myself that I needed to do something. I started shopping for crawlspace renovators and checked out Indiana Crawlspace Repair. On 1 November Terry and his crew of two showed up and by the end of the week, my “crawlspaces” had an inside perimeter drainage system, with two sumps and pumps, a sealed crawlspace (walls and floors), a dehumidifier system, mild mold remediation and a footer dig for the sump pump drains…I had new crawlspaces! I am still shocked every time I enter them – before I felt like “Indiana Jones” entering the Temple of Doom – now I take my shoes off when I go in. There are projects I have put off for years to improve plumbing and wiring, as well as some minor floor joist repairs, that I look forward to doing now. I really feel like my house has been saved.
