"In a word, fantastic! I had been using a different animal control company. When I first noticed the current problems it was after the pandemic caused business practices to change. A call was made to the other company and a message requested I leave a message. The request also stated to not call back and leave another message, the first would be returned. After waiting several days, I gave up and called Animal Management. Someone actually answered and had an appointment for me very quickly. Craig was the technician that was sent. Per my request, he did a thorough inspection, removed the birds, and made the other suggestions. I agreed with all and the repairs were scheduled. Two gentlemen arrived at the scheduled date and time and spent the whole day doing a great job. Craig also stopped by to assist for some of the repairs. I am extremely happy that I called Animal Management, cannot recommend them highly enough."

Garrett came the next day and arrived when he said he would. He inspected the suspected entry point, took pictures and showed them to me, explained what he proposed to do, and emailed me a quote. I was somewhat hesitant because his quote was so much lower then the other quotes I got, but he was knowledgeable and his solution was the same as the others. His warranty was also for a longer period than the others. After I accepted his quote he arrived on time, sealed one opening, and installed an one-way door and trap near the main opening. We waited 5 days to be sure the squirrels were all gone. He then came back, removed the one-way door and trap (it caught a squirrel) and sealed the opening. I found Garrett to be very likeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him."

"We had birds nesting in an exhaust fan duct that was open on the exterior of the house. I called best pest to have them come out, remove the nest and install a new cover which I had already purchased. The technician came out with a ladder and a coat hanger and claimed he couldn't get the nest out because it was too deep into the vent (using a coat hanger.... Not surprised!). He also said it was too difficult and complicated to install the new cover I had purchased, so he ran to the local Menards (which was nice of him) and purchased a cage like cover to fit over the current exhaust to stop birds from getting into the vent. I called a professional to deal with the problem because I didn't have the tools needed to fix it properly. What they did I could have done in 10 minutes for a tenth of the cost. Didn't meet my expectations on any level. The technician was a nice guy, but didn't really fix my problem and I've stressed about it since.

"After hearing claw scraping sounds from the crawl space on a Wednesday morning I joined Angie's List Thursday evening and searched  the top rated animal removal services. Mr. Lawson's All Animal Rodent Removal had the best references and an acceptable price structure. I called Mr. Lawson at 8 AM Friday and was lucky enough to get him before he left his office. He was here before noon and completed an inspection of the exterior of the house both on the ground and the roof. He determined where the animal was coming into the crawl space, he went into the crawl space and found that the incursion was recent due to the scent and lack of refuse. He placed a trap and instructed me how and when to check it. The next morning there was a raccoon in the trap. I called Mr. Lawson and told him, by the time we returned from running errands the trap and raccoon had been removed and a system installed to determine whether there were more animals under there. After my checking the system for several days with no evidence I called, he returned and installed screens behind the offending crawl space vents, as we had discussed in his previous visit. I highly recommend All Animal Rodent Removal."
