"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"Dave and Jerry worked with us to provide a quick, In person estimate, and ordered the supplies the same day. Although we agreed the work would be done within the next four weeks, it was done in less than two! Dave brought his crew leader, Raheem by for a walk through and introduced us and made sure we were all on the same page for the work to be done. Yesterday they used their diamond grinder to level out the cracks in our garage floor( one side was nearly a half inch higher than the other!), and totally repaired all damage our garage floor accumulated in the last thirty years. Then they applied the base coat and broadcasting for their beautiful Dakota Grey Liquid Terrazzo concrete coating. It dried over night and today the crew completed the job by applying a double encapsulation with a siloxane seal coat product. Itâ s hard to believe itâ s the same floor!
