"Jose understood the complexity of my problem. He explained exactly how he could fix the water leaking, plus additional solutions to stop the reoccurrences of the same issue. He totally knew his job, which is something I really appreciate. He removed and reinstalled the tile, without it looking as though there was ever a need for repair. On time, prompt and professional.
