"Jose understood the complexity of my problem. He explained exactly how he could fix the water leaking, plus additional solutions to stop the reoccurrences of the same issue. He totally knew his job, which is something I really appreciate. He removed and reinstalled the tile, without it looking as though there was ever a need for repair. On time, prompt and professional. I will certainly call him again for any Handyman Services."

"Ocarie came out to give us an estimate the same day we originally contacted. He proposed a number of options and contingencies to address our request to mount a heavy object from our garage ceiling. He explained the pros and cons of each choice and when we chose an option, he made a hardware list and scheduled the time to perform the installation. Understanding our schedule He agreed to conduct the installation over the weekend which was a big help. We've already spoken about additional projects we'll use ODJ Services to complete."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Off-season pool-building prices often align with the time of year you're least likely to use a pool. Many contractors offer deals in the late fall and winter to bolster the slow time of year. However, if you live in an area with freezing winters, you'll need to wait beyond the final frost and threats of extreme weather.

Rectangular pools, particularly those made of vinyl or fiberglass, are the easiest to maintain. The long, straight sides, right angles, and smoother surface make regular cleaning a breeze without having to maneuver into curves and nooks. Rectangular pools also tend to be standard sizes, so you may have an easier time when it comes time to replace liners, covers, and other parts.

There are several affordable ways to chill your pool. A pool cover can help prevent the temperature of your pool from rising during the sun. You can also run your filter at night to help aerate the water. The next most wallet-friendly option is a DIY pool chiller or fountain that uses evaporation to cool your pool.

Permits are generally required to build an in-ground swimming pool. These permits cover aspects like zoning, safety fencing, and electrical work. Obtaining the correct permits involves coordination with local building authorities.

You can use a plunge pool any time of the year, including winter. Be sure to install a pool heater if you plan to take a dip in the plunge pool when temperatures are low to avoid risk of hypothermia. You will also want to add a sturdy pool cover to protect the pool from snow, sleet, and rain during the winter months.
