12 Well the service and repair went relatively well but the price......Yowza! We had another plumbing company come out recently because we thought it was leaking again. They did the same exact thing but only charged $70.00. Another issue we had is that we had called Jim out a few weeks before...
Jim Wilson PlumbingIt went well. I had a measure done by their service team and the tops fit very well. Of course there is always some sanding, but the tops look great. I had a full install which includes putting my sink in and hooking up the plumbing. They did an excellent job.

"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"
