"Had a check come out this morning to clean the sewer in the basement had several people out here in the past 13 years never had a problem with the cleaning. And yes they had to work at , running a smaller cutter . Then they went up in size to the large one , granted it took some time . But it was done in 45 minutes give or take. He shows up by himself worked at it for about 5 minutes started having problems I get all the others have had causing some help I thought they were just loading up the machine apparently never got through this to the center line gave up on it immediately and wanted to get paid which I did. Never even tried to run it back and forth like MasterRooter just poor work. manship and attitude. At 265 for the first 30 minutes, one person and then just give up in the first 10 minutes. Master policy is 225 for as long as the job takes and if they can not get it they charge you $100 and of course they got it . Did four runs to the main . They never even pulled out a root "

Asbestos was commonly used in cloth wiring, but not all types of cloth wiring contain it. The age, condition, and appearance of the wiring can provide clues as to whether asbestos is present or not, but the only way to know for sure if the wiring has asbestos is to have it tested.

While it's possible to cover asbestos tile with carpet, it's not recommended. Encapsulating tile beneath carpet doesn't eliminate the health risks. Over time, the asbestos tiles could degrade, releasing fibers into the air and potentially contaminating the carpet. Disturbance during carpet installation or removal might also release fibers.

Whether or not to buy a home containing asbestos is ultimately a decision for the homebuyer, and there are several things to consider. When in good condition and contained, asbestos is unlikely to present a health risk—it’s when those tiny fibers are loose and airborne that they become a problem. Consider any renovations you plan on doing to the home that could disturb existing asbestos and the cost of removal.
