"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

The 2 gentlemen were professional, hard working and thorough. They had them all cut down along with the clean-up in under 90 minutes. "This man ripped my mother off, he took her $1250 down payment which was half of the cost he quoted. He never provided receipts for the supposed $750 worth of mulch he claimed to buy. When she asked for her money back he got defensive and said he would give it back when he found someone else who needed that much mulch. He was supposed to return the money on 5/9/25 but then said he was in Mexico. He has sent my mom threatening messages about me writing the previous negative review. Now he is not answering our calls. HE IS A FRAUD, I HAVE SPOKEN TO OTHER OLDER WOMEN WHO HE HAS DONE THIS TO!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST. His initial response was I don't need you guys' money. So where is it then? He sent my mother texts demanding that she sign paperwork that his lawyer drafted stating that he returned the money, because "you people" might lie on me. He is a liar and has NOT RETURNED MY MOM'S MONEY. He has changed his company name too, it was L&Q Landscaping I believe. Please avoid this scammer."
