"Terrific organization from start to finish. Clear cut pricing and outstanding phone conversation setting up the appointment. Great team led by Alexander. A real treat to deal with someone that is passionate about their work and your satisfaction. Quickly fixed the old sliding glass door and were simply outstanding. Great service in every respect. Awesome!!!"

"This was phase 2 of 3 of my window and door project. I installed another patio door and 2 bathroom windows with privacy glass. Gus had his team replace all the rotted wood and add new aluminum capping on the exterior. The products came in earlier than expected and they were able to install everything well ahead of schedule. Again, I am so pleased my neighbor referred Lifetime to me as Gus was unbelievable to work with."

"Exceptional job! Franos roofing is simply the best. They helped me with everything from talking to insurance adjusters to answering all of my questions. They went above and beyond. The roof turned out amazing and the price was extremely reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"I hired Jon to replace some window glass due to seal failures, he was very meticulous, showed up on time, price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him."

"John and his crew from Best Windows were the best. I searched a few more competitors and John gave me a great price. The crew showed up a little early and immediately began work. They were very professional and efficient. They finished the job in about 4 hours. The windows are beautiful! They did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards and you wouldn’t know they’d even been in my home. I’m really happy with the price, quality, and workmanship. I would definitely use these guys again!!"

"We had been in the market for new windows on the back of our house for some time but just had not made a decision due to the number of windows, the cost and indecisiveness in design. When a Rogue Golf Ball shattered one of our windows we were forced to make a decision. We contacted The Chicago Window Guys after seeing the spectacular work they did for my Neighbours home. I was connected with Mark who present us with a lot of options but made it very easy to make a decision with out being overwhelmed. The area of our house which we had re-windowed was very odd as it was 2 stories of 10 sliding glass doors in the 4 season room (5 on top and 5 on the bottom) installed by the original owner. Mark presented us with some great options. Once we came to a decision the work was scheduled and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Mark was always available to answer questions, the gentleman that measured the windows was on time, speedy and had a great customer service persona. The guys installing were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have more windows to replace and will be calling Chicago Window guys when that time comes. We also decided to have them do some of my other doors and will use them for many other projects in the future. I even told all my neighbours how good the work was. Several neighbours have since had them do work on their home as well. Besides the windows which we love we also had a back door replaced. Our 4 season room is no longer cold and drafty in the winter and we are so happy for the work. We have held several family functions in this room including a large Thanksgiving and Christmas gathering – which we would have never been able to do previously. Thank you Chicago Window Guys!"

"great work, respectfull crew. Only issue was they didn't clean up outside well enough. Had flat tires from screws left in driveway and found broken (old) glass in my flower bed. Minor but crutial."

"Ron & Joe were the best people to handle this job. They were able to match the trim on all 16 windows and fix my screen door. They were slightly higher than some of the other quotes but they were the only ones who came out when they said they wood. LDS Renovations, Inc will get all my glass work from now on. Excellent job!"

"Great Company. Fast Efficiant work. Shawn the Window Technician was great, and Devan who was helping him install and we learned that he was actually a Production Manager. Both were great. The completed all of our windows. 7 standard, and a picture window in less than two days. Great company. Great customer service. Shawn,Devan, and Lauren were all amazing."
