"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

I decided to replace it since it was the original toilet and not as efficient as toilets sold today. He also looked at the drain and quoted me on what it would take to repair it. Quotes were reasonable based on the scope of work that needed to be done. I actually ended up signing up for their maintenance plan because I have some other work that needs to be done and the benefits and discounts I get should help pay for the plan."
